"I hope that everything goes well with Quinn. Just a little background on our family story so you can understand that we are with you all and have an idea of what types of things go on with all the medical in an outs. Josh, my younger brother at the age of 2 was in an accident and was burned 95 percent third degree. My mother passed away trying to save his life. My farther also was severely burned trying to save them both. He survived and has had a powerful impact in the Hispanic Christian community through his story and church.

All doctors said he was not going to live and pretty much told my farther to pull the plug on life support. When my farther refused, the doctors were pretty upset, but then josh made a miraculous recovery. Then They said josh would have problems with digestion or God knows what they said. Just alot of harsh news and probably was accurate given the situation. He is a great kid and full of awesome spirit. Plenty of lives have been touched through his life and positive outlook on life. All of our family went though so much . It has made us a family to truly appreciate life, love and humanity. I was 12 when it happened and my oldest brother 16. What is my point of saying all this is? Well just know there are people out there that maybe are not going through what you are going through, but can relate in other ways as you already probably know. My heart and soul as well as my family goes out to you all. Maybe one day you will be writing a letter like this one to a family talking about how your experiences made you stronger and a light house for people in similar situations that you are going through now.

Eddie,

I am Quinn's auntie (his mom is my sister), and your story is very touching. I am glad to hear of the strength you all have and share. God bless you, your family, and your community. Thank you for your support.
